To avoid any additional verification, please make sure to send the request to us from the email address you registered with. We are already working on an implementing a customer account management, so that in future you'll be able to change this information yourself.
Please keep in mind that any changes to your profile won't have any effect on past provider registrations. Please make sure to adjust the data with each provider individually.
